We have many different salads, all using the freshest greens and vegetables available. Try our Grilled Chicken Salad it's our customers favorite. The Classic Italian Salad with Fontanella cheese is an "Oven" original. A hot salad? You bet,-- our Fresh Cooked Vegetable Salad with fresh vegetables sauteed with oil and garlic. Others include the Basil Pesto Chicken Salad, Steak Salad, Chicken and Hot Pepper Salad, Antipasto Salad and several others.

PASTA! Do we have Pasta! With "Pasta Your Way," you can design your own recipe. First, pick your sauce, like Marinara, Meat, Alfredo or one of several others. Then, pick your Pasta, Linguine, Penne, Fettuccine or Angel Hair. Then add if you wish, Meatballs, Sausage, Chicken or Shrimp. There are over 150 different combinations. Plus, we have customer favorites like Pasta Chicken and Fresh Vegetables, Pasta Chicken and White Sauce, Lasagna, Shrimp with Spicy Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, Chicken Piccata and list goes on.

All our pizzas use a traditional crust and are baked in our Wood-fired Brick Oven. These are the same ovens you will find in the backyard of many homes in Italy. The oven imparts a unique flavor to the food. Our Traditional Pizza with sauce and your choice of toppings comes in three sizes, 10"-6 slice, 12"-8 slice and our new 14"-10 slice. Our Specialty Pizzas such as our White Pizza or the Chicken Spinach Pizza come in two sizes, 10"-6 slice or the 12"-8 slice. Our Stromboli and Calzone use the best Italian meats and Cheeses with several different recipes available.

Try one of our delicious sandwiches, the Italian Hoagie stuffed with Italian meats and cheeses covered with lettuce and a mixture of olives, peppers, tomatoes, onions and Italian dressing. The Grilled Chicken sandwich features a chicken breast grilled with onions and zucchini. Eggplant and Pepper Focaccia have slices of breaded eggplant, fried golden brown, with roasted red peppers and Italian cheeses on Focaccia herb bread. Our Steak Hoagie is stuffed with REAL steak, peppers, onions and Italian cheeses. Burgers are new on our menu. We have several different recipes to choose from but they all feature a 1/2 lb. 100% Angus Beef patty on a Kaisar roll.

Like chocolate? Our chocolate cake is so rich and thick it will satisfy any chocolate lovers craving. Whats an Italian Restaurant without Tiramisu, a delightful combination of espresso soaked lady fingers layered over with whipped mascarpone cheese. We have true New York style Cheesecake with or without Strawberries. Espresso anyone? We have several Italian coffees available.

Our Kid's menu is full of food children love, such as Macaroni and Cheese, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Kid's Burger, Hot Dogs and the all time favorite Kid's Chicken Fingers and Fries.
