I have a problem with my Billpoint/eBay Payments account!

Customer Service for eBay Payments (formerly known as Billpoint) can be reached Here

If you are trying to list an auction using eBay Payments as an accepted payment method and get an error message about limits please read this:

There are $ limits for the e-check and credit card options for newer users with Billpoint. When filling out the sell my item page, if you choose to use Billpoint as a payment option, there is a $200.00 limit if you choose the e-check option. ALL e-checks have a $200 limit (a Wells Fargo Bank rule), so if your item has a starting price of $200.00 or over, you cannot use the e-check option....only the credit card option. It CANNOT be increased. There is also a $500.00 per transaction limit on the credit card option. If you are a new user and your starting price or the final end of auction price, plus or minus the shipping charges, exceeds this limit, you cannot use the Billpoint payment option.

Further Questions can be addressed at the eBay payments (Billpoint) Help Board.
