Block final honed .040" over with torque plate
Ported,matched exhaust flows 155 cfm at 28" H20 with 3.9" bore and .500 lift
Ported intake flows 172 cfm at 28" H20 with 3.9" bore and .500 lift
Hardened seats with 70 gram Titanium 1.89" and 1.59" valves,
Unshrouded combustion chamber,ported,polished and measured to 66 cc's
Valve tip installed height 1.99"
Valve spring installed height 1.7"
Valve spring coil bind 1.2"
OEM Ford gasket with 3.930 bore, .041" thickness and 8.15 cc volume
Ductile iron top ring with plasma moly gapped at .025"
Cast iron phosphate coated second ring with .025" gap
Deck clearance is .008"
Compression ratio is ~8.0 - 1
