Hi, I'm Licia. I will
soon be a recent college graduate from East
Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. I
will have a degree in Media, Communications
and Technology. Over the past three years I
have been an active member of the ESU Women's
Rugby Team. This final semester I was unable
to play due to time constraints. This page is
my gift to my team for the hard work and
dedication they have put into being in the
runnings for a Division II National
Championship. I wish my girls the best of luck. I know they have the strength to prevail.
