Player of the week- (week ending 10.18.02)

            This player has been here at the Granahan Recreational Facility since he started as a goalie in the old 10 and under league, playing for Rich DeCarlo, now the coach of the 17 and under Knightraiders squad, who his team played against on Tuesday, October 15^th. He almost single-handedly tied the Knightraiders with his performance that evening.

            His name is Adam Viola, and he plays for the Brahma Bulls. He scored a hat trick against his former coach, helping his team come back from a 4 to 1 defecit to tie the Knightraiders 4-4. That helped propel him into a tie for 3^rd place in the scoring race (5g-1a-6pts) with teammate Steve Cieri (2g-4a-6pts) and Knightraider Rob Hill (4g-2a-6pts). Congrats to Adam and his family and teammates for a great performance!
