Put you mouse on the cell line between the main screen and the bar and DRAG THE BAR WINDOW till it is 2/3s smaller.
From now on when they force that ad on you it will be only an inch wide.
To STOP POP UP Ads, Minimize the Pop Up Add Box down to your task bar. From now on the pop up add stays in you task bar or you just have to click a blank area of the web site to put them in the background. With Netscape just use the blocker. But, if you want to close them on any web site after seeing them use GOOGLE search bar and POP UP blocker.
