Can I get my order shipped overnight?
No. We are sorry, but we only ship by the U.S. Postal Service. We ship by 1st Class Mail. The shipping charges start at $1.86. This includes a tracking number to track your order. For orders out of the United States, we ship International First Class.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, at the current time we do not have a minimum order.
How long will it take to get my package?
We try to get things out as quickly as possible. A lot of times it will go out the same day we receive your order. 1st Class Mail within the U.S. is usually 2 to 5 day delivery. (The Post Office does not guarantee it, but this is the usual delivery time). Orders out of the United States vary in delivery times.
Do you do special orders or custom work?
WE DO NOT DO SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM WORK!
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do ship to other countries.
Please Note: Due to problems shipping to South Africa, we no longer will make shipments to South Africa!
Can I phone my order in?
We no longer except phone orders! Our site uses PayPal for payments. PayPal is one of the largest online payment processors on the interenet. If you do not want to use the online payment system, you can simply add your items to the shopping cart, when you are done shopping print the form out before going to login into PayPal and send it with a money order or certified check to:

Why does your site sometimes say a different URL than I punched in?
Depending on the URL you punch in or click on, it may have a different URL address. Our main site is www.hematitejewelry.com , however we have 3 subsidiary sites which are www.worrybead.com, www.gothic jewelry.net and www.magnetichematite.com .
