Lemon-Blueberry Sorbet Recipe (Preparation Time: 15 minutes, plus freezing time)

1/2 cup sugar
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cups seltzer water, chilled

Instructions for the Lemon-Blueberry Sorbet recipe:

  1. Combine seltzer water, blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a plastic container, cover, and place in the freezer until almost firm.
  3. Remove, stir vigorously until smooth, and return to freezer until firm.
