A refreshing fruit salad recipe for the Passover / Pesach festival that is fat-free will keep both you and your guests from feeling guilty about indulging in all that Passover / Pesach festival fare. Many salad recipes exist, but the following fruit salad recipe will almost certainly cleanse the palette!

Fruit Salad Recipe with Greens and Balsamic Dressing (Preparation Time: 15 minutes)

1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls
1 tablespoon honey
5 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon water
4 cups torn spinach
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 cups hulled and sliced strawberries

Instructions for the Fruit Salad recipe with Greens and Balsamic Dressing:

  1. Combine spinach, lettuce, cantaloupe, and strawberries in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the honey, vinegar, water, and lemon juice, and pour over the salad.
  3. Toss well to coat all ingredients and serve at once.
