The Lithuanian Citizens' Society of Western PA
is currently downsizing its properties to be more in tune with the size of its membership. Therefore its South Side building and a large portion of its real estate in Jefferson Hills has been put up for sale.

sale of the South Side building is being handled by Ben Brown of Beynon & Co Real Estate. This unique building features a large ballroom with wooden floor, balcony and stage upstairs, plus a separate bar and living quarters. There is another large hall plus a kitchen downstairs. A new boiler was installed in November 2009 and a hot water tank in 2011. The asking price is $545,000.
