We accept cash, personal checks, Visa , MasterCard and Discover. Artistic Trends gift cards are valid for services and retail only and are not exchangeable for cash.

Appointments~ Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced.

To ensure you get the appointment you want, we recommend you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for a single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or package cancellation. Without such notice, we must charge for services as scheduled.

For Your Comfort~ Your comfort and well being is our first concern. Prior to receiving any services, please inform us about any medical conditions, allergies and/or prescription medications you are taking, as some services may be affected.

For the protection of your clothing, we ask you wear a robe that is provided.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness and safety, we sanitize and disinfect equipment for all services and treatments. We are also a PG salon. All children require parental guidance while visiting the salon.

About our Team Policy~ We strongly endorse a team policy. This means that we encourage our guests to try other technicians in the salon, if they wish. We all work together as a team, so will never feel uncomfortable if you would like to try someone different. All technicians are technically skilled and qualified to take care of your needs. Our salon pricing and menu was designed to meet all the technical and budgetary needs of our guests. You can also be assured that a lower price does not mean that we sacrifice quality of service.
