The most popular prayer to the Holy Spirit, included at almost every divine service and in private devotions. From Pascha to Pentecost, this prayer is suppressed. It is sung for the first time as the third verse of the Aposticha for Pentecost.
Tone 8 - Blessed are You, O Christ our God! You have revealed fisherman as most wise by sending down upon them the Holy Spirit. Through them You have drawn the whole world into Your net. O Lover of man, glory to You!
Tone 8 - When the Most High descended and confused the tongues, He scattered the people; but when He distributed the tongues of fire, He called all to unity. Therefore with one voice, let us praise the Most Holy Spirit!
