In 1964 due to declining membership, the Volunteers became a parade and and standstill exhibition corps, which we still function as today. Since 1964 the corps has seen highs and lows, but we've always managed to to continue performing. From a high of 35 brass and 15 percussion, in the early 80's, to a low of 12 brass, and 3 percussion just a few years ago, we've kept on doing what we enjoy, that's entertaining, and at present have probably the most talented brass section in the Corps' 67 year history.
