The release date has been set for July 14, 2000 and the hype is getting bigger and bigger as the date arrives. The cast has been chosen and the script has been written and the movie is underway. But then rumors start to spread. Over the internet I have seen false pics and stories of what is going on with this movie. The truth is only months away.

I have been waiting years for this movie to get on it's feet and this day has finally come. The problem with this is the internet is full of rumors and false pics that even pull me in. One topic that is over the internet is Anna Paquin, who is playing Rogue. There has not been much information on the character but pics have swarmed the net. One topic people ask about is about Rogue's hair not having the white skunk line in her hair. In the pictures over the internet you see no white streak. The following picture is a picture of Anna in the Rogue outfit. I don't know if this picture is true, but it does make you think?

Here is the premise of the movie.

Premise: Across the world, children are born with an extra twist to their chromosomes that allow them to do superhuman abilities: fire a beam of force from their eyes, or born with a set of wings that allows flight, or being able to read men's minds. These 'children of the atom' are often feared and despised by the world, forcing these 'mutants' to resort to desperate actions. However, one group of mutants have banded together to show the world that it need not fear their kind. Apart, they are simply scientific curiousities, freaks and monsters - but together, united by their shared belief, they are more - they are the uncanny X-Men. Now the team of X-Men face two of their greatest challenges: accepting a ferocious mutant known as 'Wolverine' into their fold; and battling a mutant capable of bending the forces of magnetism to his will - the deadly Magneto.
