There really isn't much to say about this movie. It was released straight to video and is probably the best Captain America movie they have made out of all the Cap. movies made. Matt Salinger plays a good Captain America and the outfit acctually does not look that cheap. The only upsetting thing in the movie is the red skull. In the beginning of the movie Ronny Cox looks exactly how the Red Skull is supposed to look then they change the story and make him go through a operation. He has plastic surgery and they attach some sort of fake skin on his face. This is not how the Red Skull is supposed to look like. First his face looks human and it's not red. Why do you think they call him Red Skull. His face is shaped out like a skull and he's red. Like he was in the beginning of the movie. Yes I maybe pay to much attention to this one part but it bothered me. Next time don't change the man. He looked perfect. This is a good movie to rent and check out but expect some things to bother you when you watch it.
