When I think of the short time
we've known one another,
I smile and look to the heavens.
For, I can see farther and further
than I previously thought possible.
Every day, we learn so much more
about the special half in our life;
I know that half my heart belongs to you
and half your heart belongs to me.
Together, we are complete as one,
for we always keep each other safe in our thoughts.
Life, is wonderful playground for us
to explore our new found love and hopes
and aspirations for the future together.
And if I never met another soul,
it would be worth it,
just to meet you.
