The Saved: Well.. When I had first got into christian rock one of the things it lacked was lyrics that spoke to me... The songs were always about people who did not know Christ. Don't get me wrong I think that's awesome but I felt there needed to be a band that had lyrics that spoke about what christians might be going through too. So when God had started Promise Land He was leading me to write lyrics that spoke to christians too..
The Unsaved: Our lyrics are also geared toward issues and problems that speak to people who do not know Jesus Christ as their personal savior. Everybody has problems and the answer is always gonna be in Jesus Christ.
We let the Spirit of God run our shows! We go in with a plan but we make sure we're open to what ever God wants us to do.. We might go in with a plan to do it this way and end up doing the total opposite. Also.. After every show we give some testimony and read some scriptures based on what we're lead to preach about that show. Then we give the audience a chance to come and talk and/or pray with us after the show..
