ML Game 2

Campbell's Boathouse Restaurant   15
Hagan's Funeral Home     5

Campbell's opened their season with a 15-5 victory over a tough Hagan squad led by Major League veteran Tommy Zeigler (2 runs scored). The Campbell's attack was led by winning pitcher Evan Fooks, reliever Jake 'Fish' Fisher and closer Bryan 'Paz' Pazulski. Fooks, Paz and Fish went a combined 10 for 10 with 9 runs scored. Josh Grady joined their attack with 2 clutch RBI hits of his own.

Campbell's seemed to have the game in hand in the 5th, until the speedy Hagan squad loaded the bases against Campbell's late inning set-up man Andrew Sposato. As Hagan's threatened to mount the comeback, Campbell's need to go to their closer Paz. The MLL career leader in saves came on to strike out Ziegler on a heater clocked in the mid 70's to put the game in the books and get Campbell's their opening day win for the second year in a row.
