In their final Home Game of regular season the Rockies took advantage, and scored a run in bottom of 6th to come away with a 7-6 victory over the Yankees.
Trailing 4-0 after 2 innings, the Rockies chipped away with 2 runs in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th to take a 6-4 lead. The Yankees rallied to tie the game with 2 runs in the top of 6th, before the Rockies manufactured a run to win in bottom of 6th 7-6.
The highlight of offense was a 2 run HR by Jamie Simpson in the 4th inning.
The Rockies got nice efforts on the mound by the combined efforts of Tommy Bradley, Graham Misko, Luke Bauwens, and Nate Furman.
A recent winning streak has the Rockies sitting at 9-5 with 1 game left in regular season.
