AL Game 1

Home Run Expo 14

Prudential Fox 4

The game started slowly with Prudential getting one run in the first on some clutch hitting by Thomas Bacchia and aggressive base running by Jack Daly.  Home Run Expo came back to tie it with an RBI by Mac McConnen in the first inning.  Both teams traded runs into the third with the score tied 4-4.  Tyler Lashly had two RBI's for Prudential and Nick Ladd had a double down the line to score two runs for Home Run Expo.

The fourth inning  Home run Expo broke the game open with singles by James Morris, Brian Koskinen, Jake Branyan and a Triple by Clayton Anderson. The key play of the game was a hard liner to hit to center field by Kevin Murphy with two men on the bases for Prudential that could have changed the outcome of the game had Clayton Anderson not made the catch for Home Run Expo.

Both teams played well in their debut and the cold weather was not a factor.
