CL Game 12

Fidelity    15

Office Basics    14

The Nationals batted first after learning of the disappointing loss of Jared Joines for the season due to a broken leg. This was Jared first season and he was off to a strong start with several key hits and acrobatic defensive plays at the start of the season. We all look forward to seeing Jared play next season.

The Nationals jumped out to a 5 nothing lead, but the Tigers came back to tie the game 5-5 after one. Despite being shorthanded on both sides the hitting and fielding was ferocious with the Tigers recording their first out of the season at third base. The Nationals managed to score 5 runs in the inning despite the all the Tigers efforts. In the bottom half of the inning several strong defensive plays at third base by Kyle held the Tigers to 4 runs. In the third Nationals scored 5 more runs after several key hits by Owen, Anthony, Jack, Colin, Max, and Rory to hold onto a victory winning 15-14.
