Fabian-Baber finally got their chance for a rematch against formidable Doughery & Conrad who were sitting alone on top of the American League and made the most it by slugging and pitching their way to a 13-3 victory at Dotts Field.

 

Leading the charge for FBI were Dan Furman with a triple and a double, Kevin McGarvey with a single, a double and a triple, and Zander Brown and Anup Singh each with a single.

 

The timely hitting was complemented by an extraordinary pitching performance by Dan Furman who pitched 4 solid innings yielding 1 hit and striking out 9 batters.  Furman was followed by big-time closer Kevin McGarvey who retired the side in the 5th inning to finish the game.
