This should give you an idea of what each generation tush tag looks like. Note: Not all beanies come in all these tush tag types!

The picture on the left is of the temporary tush tag, which consisted of a sticker that was put on the beanie's tags until a permanent star was put on the tags

This is the most current tush tag which can be found on all beanies starting in January 1999.
