The Great Compassion Mantra

(In Sanskrit)

When reciting the Great Compassion Mantra, the reciter must be sincere...

Before the recitation of the Great Compassion Mantra, one should recite :

1. Namo Aryavalokitesvaraya Bodhisattva
(The vast, Great, Perfect, Full, Unimpeded Great Compassion Heart Dharani of the Thousand-handed, Thousand-eyed Bodhisattva Who Regards the Sounds of the World.)

2. Mahasattva Mahakarunakaya
    (Recite 3X + 3 Bows)
(Homage to the Greatly Compassionate Bodhisattva Who Regards the Sounds of the World.) Recite 3X + 3 Bows
 

Then Recite The Great Compassion Mantra :
