This is my baby. Her name is Speakeasy Kat, but I just call her Katie. I picked this beauty up in March00 and I've been so happy with her.

Katie is an '86 BMW 325e. However, the engine is actually a 325i, meaning fuel-injected. It has 50,000km (30,000mi) on it and runs like a new car. She's a 5-speed manual and for the moment has a top speed of 215km/hr (approx 130mph.)

Katie is nearly at US specs. All I have left to do is replace the doors and the speedometer on it and I can import her. Of course these aren't the only changes I plan to make. Right now she's raspberry pearl. However, after I replace the doors She'll be jet black, metallic, blue pearl. It'll be pretty sweet.

I also plan on putting an Italian exhaust on her. Then she'll sound very much like a Ferrari. I also plan on supercharging the engine to give her a top speed of around 270 km/h (around 160 mph.) Then I'll finally have what I've envisioned: a fast ride that looks and sounds perfect.

One has to be careful driving Katie. Being lowered as she is, it's easy to really scrape up the front spoiler. This is definately the first time I've ever been limited to where I can drive. She's also the second manual I've owned.

This is Ingrid. All I have to say about her is that she was the car I had before Katie. This pic was taken just after I rear-ended a truck on the autobahn at around 90mph. The damage was surprisingly light and I've already sold her. She was an ugly car (hence the ugly name) and was slow as all hell. She was reliable though and I learned how to drive stick on her.
