Jimmy Dennis sits on death row at Pennsylvania's
SCI Greene Maximum Security Prison,(well known for
the abuse of inmates)awaiting his execution warrant.
Jimmy is innocent of the crimes he was accused !
Anyone taking a look at the case can plainly see
the misconduct on the part of the Philadelphia Police,
and Prosecutors office throughout the investigation and
trial leading up to his wrongful conviction.
Vital evidence proving his innocence was supressed,
witheld and tampered with, as it would have exposed
the prosecutions case as a fraud. Even false robbery
charges were held right up until sentencing, and used
against Jimmy to obtain an execution verdict. These
false charges were then dropped, as they could never
have been substanciated, and their purpose had been served.
