Hannibal. The man with the plan. Without Hannibal the team would get nowhere. Every operation needs a good plan to start, and he was the best. No matter what the situation was, he could make a plan to get out of it. Decker or one of the many ateam nemesis's would have caught them and put them on trial in no time if it wasn't for Hannibal. Even when surrounded by 200 military policeman he could manage to get out without killing or wounding a single person. Also a master of disguises he masqueraded himself as being a multitude of characters including his most famous, Mr. Lee.

Not only was Hannibal a cunning military strategist, but also a very competent actor. He frequently played in the terrifying "aquamaniac" films in the show.
