This is a bouquet of the herbs the Polish use frequently in their cooking--Allspice, Bay, Caraway, Dill, Garlic, Horseradish, Marjoram and Poppy--and are essential in defining their cuisine. Game Stew Bigos, Sour Cream, Cabbage, Buckwheat Kasha, Mushrooms, Pierogis, Kielbasa, Cabbage Rolls Golabki, Beets, Cakes Babaks, Mead, Beer, Honey Liqueur Krupnik and Zubrówka Vodka, can be found on most Polish tables, from roadside restaurant karczma to the castle. The Polish also use Bison Grass, Celery and Celery Root, Chives, Cloves, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Leeks, Mustard, Juniper, Nutmeg, Onion, Paprika, Parsley and Parsley Root, Pepper, Rosemary, Sage, Scallions, Thyme and Vanilla.
