Monotype Floral Gardens

What is a MONOTYPE?
(Hint:   It may be a print, but it's NOT repeatable.)

As you visit these gardens, notice that I like to do things in three's, so when I start work on one flower, I usually find two others to complement and contrast what is going on in the first image.   I look for different leaves and different shapes to the flowers, trying to show each flower in all stages of development from bud to full bloom.   Each of the backgrounds is painted with iridescent gold so that it shimmers and sparkles as it catches the light.
