Q. What is the Poor Fiction Workshop?

A. The Poor Fiction Workshop is a poetry journal that is published in Erie, Pennsylvania. In the past we have been focused on local writers. We are now accepting nationally. The Journal is a small, four by six inch, staple bound text. The focus in this journal is the writers and their work. There are no flashy backgrounds, interrupting pictures, or annoying advertisements. We are also non-profit. All moneys accepted from our subscribers and customers are re-introduced into publishing costs. We are looking for creative, expressive writing from all ages and cultures. The only type of writing we stray away from is that which concerns itself with self-destruction and love.
