Notes-Dr.Mike Not married. Sully's in Denver for a job.Ingrid is a live
but is in Sweden for a family reunion
Now on to the story

Part1
Dr. Mike walks into the homestead.Matthew is at the table reading a
book.
"What are you reading,Matthew?"
"Oh hi Dr. Mike I didn't hear you come in.I'm reading Moby Dick By
Herman Melville." he answers not really knowing what she had said before
"Is it any good?"
"um hmm."Matthew goes back to reading.
Micheala begins to make supper.She thinks to herself Matthew is becoming
such a handsome youngman. She shakes her head at the though becauseit
didn't seem motherly.Colleen comes downstairs.
"Ma,do you need any help with supper?"
"That would be nice."
Colleen sees for the first time Matthew reading at the table"your in the
way Matthew"she says to him jokingly
"huh?"
"I said you were in the way."She repeats slightly laughing
"Okay,Fine I'm Going on the porch to read."Micheala watches him leave
with a strange gleam in her eye that looks like the gleams that are in
her eyes when Sully leaves.
Colleen sees this gleam but shrugs it off for awhile
