1. In order to take a 4th attempt for an American record, out of competition, the lifters must make his or her third attempt, either setting an American record, or it being within 20#, or 10 kilos of the existing American record.
2. As of January 1, 2010 the cost to meet directors for a drug test will be $75.00, with the National Office picking up any additional cost over the $75.00.
3. Starting with the 2010 Nationals, drug testing costs will be paid jointly by the meet director and the National Office. Each will pay 50%.
4. The Nationals will be combined in 2010, as they were in 2009, and will be held in July. Tentative site is in the Philadelphia area.
