Who is Anaïs Aigner?

Origin

Anaïs Aigner, of French extraction, was born in the back seat of a 1958 slate blue Mercedes touring car, under the sign of Gemini. Ms. Aigner was named after Parisian-born American expatriate author Anaïs Nin, famous for her diaries. The proper pronunciation of the name is "Ana--ees". Ms. Aigner is also related to the distinguished French shoe and handbag manufacturer, Etienne Aigner.

(The young Anais is pictured here in the bathtub with her little brother.)

Education

As an undergraduate, Ms. Aigner double majored in philosophy of religion and astrophysics at the University of Iowa. She obtained her M.A. and doctorate in Applied Cosmology at CalTech, (not cosmotology, mind you) after which she spent two years pursuing a successful modeling career in Paris. Ms. Aigner returned to the U.S.'s East Coast to chair the Department of Eschatology at the Chesapeake Observatory, (below) where she is studying the relationship between findings of the new physics and the advent of the twenty-first century.

Personal

Ms. Aigner drives a pink Thunderbird convertible, and lives in a custom built apartment in the old observation tower at the Chesapeake Observatory. Sometimes she spends nights in her 24-ft wooden sailboat "The Blue Goose" (pictured right) which she built herself during her lunch hours over a period of three years. She is also a private pilot, and one of the last certified celestial navigators. She uses a porcelain toothbrush with silk bristles.
