Whaddup? As an alumnus of the replusive school of California University of Pennsylvania, where Oceanography is poorly taught, a minor in BS-ing is in the mist, and playing-hating is very popular, I plan on branching out and seeing world from a different angle thanks to the possibly of the Coast Guard. During the four years of school, I've spent more time studying other things than studying my own major. Reason why I say this is because the oceanography department was poorly taught and it is shutting down, due to lack of interest. If it were poorly taught, I wouldn't be interested either. But that's something to look forward as I graduate and head somewhere else for grad school. In my spare time I like to eat, sleep, write, play with my Calico kitten (her name is Isis), take pictures, listen to music, party, work with computers, watch TV, eat some more, sleep some more, and read a MAD magazine, now and then.
I'm also a member of a Christian fraternity called
Alpha Nu Omega. With God on my side, I can accomplish all things. I also take time to
hang out with my family and friends. As a working-wise man of God, I've been known to take on numerous jobs to makes ends meet; working at a theme park as a lifeguard, a pool shark at the student union center in college, a sales representative at JC Penneys, a pizza man, and the worst job of all, working UPS, which I had to say so long to those lonely Friday nights. I've had so many jobs to take on, it's practically taking me no where! But thanks for enlisting (and I use this loosely) in the Coast Guard, I quit UPS and got thrown into St. Mary's County, Maryland, where I earned the term, "Hey non-rate!" Well, since the senior petty officers let the power go to their "heads," I got transferred to Petaluma California for a school about Telecommunications. After graduating there, I'm now a petty officer and I'm heading for Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan where everybody and their mamas are telling me it's cold up there. (I'm from the Mon Valley, what's cold to me?!)
During my travels around the world or cross-country, I have met alot of interesting people. How interesting, well, being snatched off the street and into a bar by a couple of town drunks is interesting; an old lady who loves Frank Sinatra so much she strips to "New York, New York;" a train wreck strip joint; those will be soon stories to be soon release in due months. But everytime I leave, the people of those seemed to never forget me. I wonder why?
I'm a trendy type of person, always looking to try something new. A couple of years ago, I decided to grow my hair into locks, which didn't last but developed a wicked afro. I also decided to invest in some white "Wild-Eyes" contact lenses and it just frightens some people; that's just my way of telling them to leave me alone, sometimes. And the lastly decision included me getting my naval pierced. Pretty cool, unfortunately Uncle Sam don't want me to wear it because it's unprofessional, so y'all know that story. But I'm always willing to try something.
So there you have me pouring my heart to you about my life and lifestyles. What can I say, I'm a story waiting to develop into a screenplay. If ya likes, email me. It's a new era, a new year, a new beginning, but for some reason, the same ol' bs happens everyday. God Bless and Be Safe.
