This album was published in 2007 by the Novosspassky Monastery in Moscow to mark the 90th anniversary of the death of Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna in 1918. This hard cover album is of the finest quality, bound in soft brown leather. The book is designed like a photograph album and the photographs are reproduced on glossy paper for the highest quality. The book contains a brief introduction (in Russian). The album is richly illustrated with 185 photographs. The life and world of the Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna unfolds in five parts: Childhood (1864-1878), Youth (1878-1884), Married Life (1884-1905), Widow (1905-1908), Nun (1908-1918). Many of the photographs in this collection have never before been published and are seen here for the first time.
