Treasures of Russia from Peterhof was an exhibition held in Las Vegas in 1999 which featured the largest exhibit of historic and priceless art pieces ever to leave Russia.

This unparalleled collection of more than one thousand works provides a comprehensive look at the legacy of the Romanov dynasty, featuring collections of paintings, porcelains, tapestries, furniture, jewelry, gowns and religious artifacts. Each of these items displayed within its own historical context, including replication of many of the more elaborate rooms and galleries of Peterhof.

The world famous palace Peterhof palace and park complex stand as a monument to 18th and 19th century art. The original concept of Peter the Great upon seeing France's lavish Versailles, Peterhof became a part of his quest to Westernize Russian culture. Under his direct supervision, this became a reality and each of the Tsars that followed added their own personal touches to the complex with elaborate palaces, galleries, artwork and gardens.

This beautiful exhibition catalogue includes many full colour portraits and photos of the Russian Imperial Family, their personal items including gowns and uniforms, palace interiors and much more!
