The burial of Tsar Nicholas II was one of the most important events in 20th century Russian history

On 17 July 1998, Nicholas II, the last Tsar of Russia, his wife, three of their five children, the family doctor and three of their faithful servants were interred in the Chapel of Saint Catherine the Martyr in the Peter and Paul Cathedral in St. Petersburg. After more than 80 years Tsar Nicholas II made his Final Journey.
