All payments made by personal cheque or international money order should now be made payable to 'Paul Gilbert'. Please note that all cheques and money orders made payable to 'Gilbert's Royal Books' will no longer be accepted.

Effective immediately, our bank now places a 15 BUSINESS DAY HOLD on ALL U.S. CHEQUES. This means that your order will not be shipped until after your cheque has been cleared by our bank. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this new policy may cause.

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post. Your order will be shipped within 2 Business Days if paid by credit card or PayPal. Your order will be shipped after 15 Business Days, if paid by personal cheque.

We are pleased to accept payment by Western Union, made payable to 'Paul Gilbert'.

If you place an order by PayPal and cancel it before your order is shipped, we reserve the right to impose a service charge and restocking fee equal to 10% of the total of your order.
