  I can’t change the past
I can’t make the wrongs fade away
I can only hope that our love will last
And maybe we can see another day

I’m an evil man something I cannot hide
I’ve done an uncountalbe number of wrongs
Each wrong I have paid dearly for
Each wrong I have learned a grand lesson from
I’ve made so many mistakes I don’t deserve anything
But yet what man hasn’t
what man can say I am perfect
no man can make the claim honestly

I can’t change the past
I can’t make the wrongs fade away
I can only hope that our love will last
And maybe we can see another day

This wrong I’ve commited has hurt you so
The pain you feel is my fault
I have no excuses for excuses turn to lies
All I can do is feel the sorrow
And pray that maybe somehow God will help us both
I see your tears and I feel helpless
I see your anger and I feel scared
I wonder do you see my sorrow
Do you see the deep rooted pain in me
Do you see the price I’ve paid for this wrong
Do you understand that I’m truly sorry

I can’t change the past
I can’t make the wrongs fade away
I can only hope that our love will last
And maybe we can see another day

on the side
this poem was written after i had made a big mistake, it was my only way of apologizing, because speaking words had failed me.
