Thank
you to everybody who voted for us in this years Uturn Readers
Poll. SLEIGHT OF HAND won the
inaugral BEST LIVE BAND award
at the ceremony hosted during Newcastle Music Week at the
Civic Theatre edging out Atomica and Supersonic. Your continued
support is greatly appreciated!
We've
just been informed that our local streetpress UTURN will be
finishing up with its last issue next week. SLEIGHT
OF HAND would like to thank Cat, Damo, Lee, and all
the journos for their hard work and dedication to a cause
that is in our opinion one of if not the primary reason why
Newcastle music has seen a resurgance this year. Good luck
to you all and you will be sadly missed.
SOH
are currently looking for volunteers to hand out flyers for
shows that we have coming up in Newcastle and Sydney. We are
currently swamped and your help would be appreciated. Participants
will be given free entry into a show of their choice (Excluding

have coming, please send your details to Contact
Sleight to receive more info.
