From the Final Two Pages
Topic: From My Diary
I'm watchin' VCR stuff of the "audition" tapes of "American Idol." This is the one w/ #60868--apparently wreL8 2 Fantasia Barrio--failed in his audition for sounding an tadd two octaves too high, dogg. It is 0816 hours now that Anna is in school. It's 0839 hours.
As Paris Bennett blows away the judges w/ "Cowboy Take Me Away," the 1st of 2 songs she sings, hear are the guys I nomin8d for DS Artist of 2000, including the inarguable titleholder:

Huey Lewis & the News
The Dixie Chicks
George Benson
* Vertical Horizon
Creed

According 2 my Walkman, it's 8:46 A.M. I'm gonna view the season finale of "Desperate Housewives" now.
It's 1051 hours. I'm in the dining room now that Mom has maid me clean the bathroom syncs & kounta. Now playing in Mom's FM/CD thingy is the bonus track to Kevin Max's "Stereotype Be" CD. It's 11:07 A.M. in Bakersfield, CA & 2:07 P.M. in Haverhill, MA. Tonight, Las Vegas sez the Mavericks r favoured 2 defeat the Suns by 7? points. It could be sixty-eight degrees Farenheit @ this our. I'll bike 2 CSUB 2 Czech email & dew Internet stuffe. & I have my Walkman as I listen 2 Pastor Tyree Toliver while some of the Annoying Birds chirp their tales off.

Its 1117 hours...one minute L8r.

Good morning! It's 1118 hours as I listen to "A Scandal in Bohemia" on The Eames Era's Myspace.com page. It's 1112 hours as I listen 2 a full-length sample of "Year of the Waitress" twice by The Eames Era. If u hadn't noticed already, I'm still a email/Internet nomad, typin' away in Cal State. It's 2:13 PM in Nantucket Island. I was just writing down the charts on the country and contemporary Christian charts. & I called my friend Jaime this morning as I was havin' a bitt of a lite brakefest. It's 11:14 AM in Lamont, CA. & I have my Mom's phone (set 2 vibr8}. Isle probably stopp by Arby's 4 lunch; I haven't had fast food in, probably like, a few days now. I don't think I've lost 6 lbs. since then. It's a quarter past eleven, dudes.

Entry w/ a "Double Feature," The
Good evening. It's 2335 hrs as I watch what they used 2 call a double feature. It's 0007 hours. U'no, when decades ago, u wood watch two movies in one day. This weekend, I plan 2 watch "Girl Interrupted" and "A Beautiful Mind." Granite, interruption will b a regular part of this double feature. It's 11:36 PM. "Crazy" by K-Ci & Jojo is my fourteenth favourite song back in 2001. It's 11:41 PM.
It's 2339 hours. Anna may not understand my definition of "multitaskin'," & I don't expect her 2. It's 2342 hours. It's 0001 hours.

The Net/Email Hermit's Post
Mood:  rushed
It's 8:34 PM.
It's 2013 hours; the PC lab closes at 10PM. KUZZ-FM & AM is airing a country countdown with Bob Kingsley. & in another window, the Nickelback music video "Savin' Me" plays on. It's 2029 hours. It's 8:14 PM.

It's 8:18 PM. Well, looks like the Heat & Pistons play again for the conference title, although my memory's getting fuzzy. I hope I don't get Alzheimer's like my grandma †. It's 8:15 PM in CalNevAri, NV. "Savin' Me" is #20 according to Billboard and #7 according to Rick Dees.

Hear in Bakersfield, its 67? and quite cloudy & windy, comin' from the north/northwest at 26 MPH w/ 35 MPH guts. My Mom has 2 b worried sick as 2 where I am; my folks just arrived from Jasmyn's friends weeding. It's 8:21 PM. I don't even have my mother's cell phone yett. It's been upgraded but I haven't taken the thyme 2 reed the yooza's manuel. It's 2022 hours as the music video plays again.

I had returned from my relative's house & left while watching a purdy good Yankees vs. Mets game. I guess that's cuz the Yankees were losin'. It's 2023 hours.

It's 8:25 PM.
The explanation behind the title is cuz the comp (as Anna calls it) is still busted. Cuz of that, I can't recharge my iPod. During my bike travels, I musta heard seven Kutless songs in my head. Let's c: "Sea of Faces"; "Run"; "Strong Tower"; "Troubled Heart"; "Not What You See"; "All Alone"; & "Better for You." Whew! Lots of green stuff on the Doppler radar according to The Weather Channel. It's 8:28 PM.

I spoke to Jaime on the phone; he was apparently 2 ill 2 talk, so I spoke w/ the missus. Darn, I wish I could remember her name....Rosanna or something. It's 2030 hours as I play the video again. This could b just me, but I think its hanging around all those kids. U'no, w/ all the germs they carry, b'day parties musby like a Level Two biohazzard. But I don't mean 2 bagg on Jaime's career.

@ least he has one.

It's 2031 hours as I plan 2 do some volunteer work for, like, the City of Bakersfield Recreation & Parks. But my Mom, the nurse, keeps giving me stuff about nursing-reL8d things like X-ray tech stuff or phlebotomies & such. But I guess I'd rather blaze a trial, you know, like Sebastian Telfair or Zach Randolph (considering they don't get traded or waved; just a lil sports stuff.) It's now 8:33 PM as the final verse of "Savin' Me" plays.

Well, since the PC labb closes in o'er a our & I've been away form home 4 2 long, aisle play this Nickelback video 1 moor thyme & post this. Jaime? Jen? Dawn? Jasmyn? Alain? Anna? Please feel free 2 leave comments.

Post w/o Frogurts, Fro Yos, Etc.; The
Good mourning or afternoon! I'm @ the PC commons @ Cal State Bakersfield cuz Anna hasn't fixed her computer yett. That's y I had 2 bike here, w/o any coffee, 2 this campus. It's 11:11 AM as I listen to "Girl Next Door" by Paul Wall on "Rick Dees & the Weekly Top 40." It debuts this week. & it's 76? outside but colder inside. It could explain one of the reasons y I'm jittery after a knutritious brakefest.

It's 1115 hrs as I just gotten a email from Dawn. & it's been a day since I've been told by the man who runnz the frozen yogurt shoppe that I can't hang around there no more. I was heartbroken yett again. My mother was very helpful enuff 2 chill me out (& give me more meds).

I'm still hurting, if not medic8d. (Thanks, Zoloft.) As an Kelly Clarkson appears on the countdown, I realise that I should gett outta here. I need more protein.

So this shall b the last song I'll listen 2 b4 I bust on back home for lunch. There's pork chopps & a peace o'fish from Long John Silvers aw8n' me. & my parents & Anna r on there weigh 2 A-1? Jasmyn's friend's weeding.

I feel so depleted & drained. I'm the last person in the world w/o a cell phone. My iPod's battery's dead. Rick Dees, Ryan Seacrest, Bonnie Bernstein, & "SportsCenter" ain't on the airwaves from where I live. & I'm 27 years old & haven't accomplished much. It's 1123 hours.

Well, as "Because of You" wraps up, I'll read Dawn's email. I wish I can forget about the last coupla' tumultuous weaks. Only Dr. Urias can listen & understand. (Well, maybe the former is plausible.)

It's 2:21 PM in Albany & Atalanta; I gotta go back home.

Entry w/ the Frozen Yogurt Shop, The
from 5/5/2006

Good evening. It's 1723 hrs as I listen to "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" by Chris Brown for the 55th time (thrice consecutively 2day). This is on a iPod/iTunes playlist known as "The Allison Soundtrack." Since I'm a creative writer, "Allison" is a fictional character in a collection of chronicles I'm writing about a single African-American female working as a registered nurse in New York.

It's 1730 hrs as "Close to You" by Maxi Priest plays. It's 5:26 PM. I've been 2 this frozen yogurt store, like, 3x or 4x. & I've always come there on afternoons, before 3PM when the kids get outta school, so the place is quite empty. I've been eating the peanut butter frozen yogurt the whole time I've visited; I should probably try something else b4 I get sick of it.

It's 1804 hrs as "Contact" by Falling Up plays. One of the young ladies who works there is Cynthia. I find myself buying yogurt & than having conservations w/ her on two visits. I have 2 admit, I've enjoyed spending time at that frozen yogurt shop there, notably when I c Cynthia there w/ her backpack on the table & readin' stuff. Its 6:09 PM as "Contact" plays again, followed by "The Power of Orange Knickers" by Tori Amos featuring Damien Rice. I wish I had biked there instead of driven; perhaps I wooda gotten rid of the calories from that frozen yogurt faster from cycling.

from 5/10/2006

Hmm, my fingers fell tingly, like numb at the tips. It's 0411 hrs as I just finished listening to "Up All Night" by Charlotte Martin on the "One AM Drive along the I-5" playlist on iTunes. Its 0601 hours.

If my Mom or Dad catch me fooling around on the PC, I'll tell them that I'm studying for 2morrow's final. I guess I'm having trouble sleeping and this is in spite of the Lunesta. Musby the KFC chicken for lunch and the pork adobo for dinner. After all, Dr. Mendoza, my psychiatrist, did say that fatty foods can inter-fear w/ the Seroquel (and now the Lunesta. It's 0510 hours. It's 0456 hrs.

It's 0435 hours as "In the Light" by dc Talk plays for the 132nd thyme. It's 0522 hrs as "Marianne" by Tori Amos plays. Isle probably send an "thank u" e-letter to my business prof., Mizz Robinson, for giving me, like, good stuff in my journey into uh employment. & I should Cher w/ her that the reason y I "invested" in AstraZeneca was because I actually took a look at the box of Seroquel, which was my medication until last week. I noticed the name of the pharmaceutical company & chose to "buy stock in it." I did mention in my Wall Street presentation Seroquel as a example of what drugs AstraZeneca manufactures, along w/ Nexium. I gnu Seroquel was 4 schizophrenia according 2 reports so that's y I brought it up. It wood've been 2 revealin' 4 me 2 say that I was on this med @ the thyme, which was for my manic/depression. If I had said that Seroquel was 4 manic/depression or bipolar disorder, well, I wooda said 'em. Incidentally, I 4get what the name of the clean-shaven Hispanic classm8 is, but he did say that it was a koinky-dink that a "crazy drug" (in his words) like Seroquel prompted me to sell (or buy) my AZN stock at $51.50; 5150 is related 2 some psychotic or psychiatric stuff; I dunno. All I no is that 5150 is the name of a Van Halen record. So was "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge"....u'no, where u take the initials &...u get the idea. It's 0507 hrs. It's 0458 hours.

It was a good presentation, if not the best. I was really killin' myself over how this stock market project was gonna b done. It's 0450 hours as "Died In Your Arms Tonight" by Cutting Crew plays for the 212th time, moving up a notch to #13. And now that it's played 213x, it moved up to the dozen-spot. Keith's iPod Top 25. I'm doin' this 4 Rick Dees & the sorta retired Casey Kasem! It's 0503 hrs as "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tears For Fears plays. Their two other hits, "Shout" & "Head Over Heels," r next. & maybe aisle play another T4F song, "Sowing the Seeds of Love," but that's on the 1AMDAI5 playlist. "Playlist Essex" is currently on. It's 0505 hrs.

It's 0514 hrs and 64? outside. 2day, it's gonna b 92? w/ no chance o'reign. Now playing over&over is "Mr. Zebra," a 66-second Tori Amos song. I'm inflating the play count stats to push it to the Top 25. It will accompany the 44-second "Wampum Prayer," if not replace it. If I play "Mr. Zebra" for the last time, it wood b 131x overall. "Wampum Prayer" is #16 w/ 201x. Falling Up sets the bubble @ 171x w/ their #25 hit, "The Gathering." Hmmm. & look @ that. Tori just caught up to dc Talk's 1AMDAI5 hit, "In the Light," (which was just played once this mourning).

It's 5:24 AM. Apparently, I've left that Interactive Textbook stuff 4 2 long; over a our pacifically. Better loginn again. Now playing is "Strange" by Tori Amos; it's 0526 hrs. It's 0530 hrs as "Crazy" and then the #16 song "Wampum Prayer" play. If I play the #16 song again, Amos will catch up to Black Flag's "TV Party."

I just looked @ my horoscope online 2day. It said that I think I have 2 make a sacrifice b4 doing something. In other words, I probably cannot make my bike ride around the neighbourhood & make stops 2 study. This is cuz I'm typing at 5:33 AM w/o sleepin' @ all. I switch over from Tori to Charlotte w/ "Up All Night," currently the most played Martin song at 11x. So far, I don't seam 2 b really studying. W/ more thyme spent in these hours following "iTunes stats" and blogging, I haven't even turned on the pop-up on The World's Polka Network to accompany my studyin'. It's 0538 hrs. It's 0547 hrs.

I wanted 2 c Cynthia (who has the same name as my aunt) 2day & c if she works on that day. Maybe, um, after biking (or possibly driving) I wood take my iPod (or my AM/FM cassette player? Gosh, that thing's olde.) Aw man. The byrds r chirpin'. But mourning doesn't begin till Anna's annoyin' birds chrip, aisle telya that. It's 5:41 PM as "Sweet Chariot" by Charlotte Martin gives way to her bonus track, "Wild Horses" (just +'d on the Cydney soundtrack). When Mom & I were returnin' form church last Sunday, I mentioned Cynthia, or @ least that there was this girl @ the frozen yogurt shoppe. I dunno what she said amongst her motherly nagging, but I think the gist of it was that I shouldn't b chasing after girls I may obsess over, just like Щ?▒٩~!% from back in hi school. & I think whenever this is what my Mom's really saying, it ain't givin' my peace a chance, that's fo'sho. It's 0551 hrs. I also experienced this same crap when I was caught mailing another fan letter 2 Bonnie Bernstein. @ least I got 2 mention that my letter wasn't asking 4 her hand in marriage or 2 proposition her or any other kinda stuff that a really criminally obsessed fan wood present 2 a celebrity. It's 0553 hrs. By the way, the letter was 2 N4m B? of my website & what's on her iPod? (assuming she's got 1)

Incidentally, after mailing Bonnie's letter, I did stop by the "frogurt" [Simpsons ref.] shoppe & told Cynthia about it. Twas a good-natured conservation. It's 5:58 PM; the sun rose a coupl'a mins ago. What will Mom & Dad say? Good morning?

(Cave Dwellin') 1st Post in Sum Thyme
Mood:  sad
Good morning, yall. It's 0145 hrs in Bakersfield; currently 65?. Now playing on iTunes on the "One AM Drive Along the I-5" playlist is "Wonderwall" by Oasis for the 107th time. Following Oasis is "Second Chance" by .38 Special. I actually herd that over the radio in my psychiatrist's office the other day. It's 1:50 AM. It's 2:34 AM as I take a brake from my extra-credit assignment for my Intro 2 Beeswax class by listening again to "Wonderwall" while viewing images on SlapstickStuff.com. It's kinda funny how on the Bonnie Bernstein Fan Site on Yahoo! one Bonniephile keeps saying my name & I haven't even turned up yet on the posts. Now, I really wanted to make one post on that site & on this blog by predicting the ongoing NBA playoffs w/ my Nintendo GameCube. It's 2:40 as "Best I Ever Had" by Vertical Horizon plays. But the fact of the matter is, plenty of stuff has come & sucked the fun out of doing so. 1) I had 2 work on a stock market presentation for my class (I expect to do the presentation L8r this morning, & 2) the GameCube has been acting screwy lately, & it looks like I'll have 2 ride it out till Nintendo brings out the newest version or whatever. The reason y the subtitle of this is called "Cave Dwellin'" is cuz the lack of DirecTV or cable in this household means no exposure to ESPN, Fox Sports West, or even the NBA playoffs on TNT. I really don't like hearing about sports on local media (i.e. TV, radio, gnus-paper) cuz I do not give a damn about prep sports or insignificant pro teams here, even if the Condors are in the playoffs. It's 3:17 AM as I take another brake & listen to songs on the new Kevin Max album I imported from the CD to iTunes. I also plan 2 buy another prepaid iTunes card at Best Buy so I can download a Charlotte Martin album on the iTunes Music Store. It's 3:47 AM.

I just deleted one post that was a NBA prediction. I think it was a Clippers vs. Suns game. I figured that I have no knead 2 hold on 2 the "NBA crystal ball" posts now that the reg. season is over.

So what should I give Anna for her fourteenth b'day on Feb. 2? Simpsons literature? A compact disc from The Beetles or sum alternative rock band? (Alternative to who? Aerosmith? Metallica? Limp Biscuit?
Green Day?)
It's 1240 hrs. My Dad's been up my butt about cleanin' the bathroom.
It's 1310 hrs. I'm now listening to Volume Nine of "Unsigned@WOXY.com."
Should I contact Dawn M. Noel? I musta had a correspondence w/ her from the year 1999. It's 1;11 PM.
I hope I don't become def like Beethoven, Rush L., or Phil Collins. It's 1313 hrs. "That's All."

It's now 0203 hrs. I'm listening to my "One AM Drive Along the I-5" playlist. The current song? "Sowing the Seeds of Love," a #2 song according to Casey Kasem back in '89 by Tears For Fears. It's 0205 hrs.
It's 0220 hrs. I'm now listening to the original "Best I Ever Had (Grey Sky Morning)" by Vertical Horizon on the same playlist, & than it'll b the remake by country signer Gary Allan. Just a minute till it's 0222 hrs & me thinx u gotta make a wish or somethin'.
I just played "Song of Love" by Rebecca St. James for the 117th thyme. St. James is tryin' 2 stay on the good side of the Top 25 list, currently rank't at #23. It's 0232 hrs. Its 0249 hrs as I play "Jamaica Inn" by Tori Amos. I'ts 0307 hrs as I listen to "Cupid" by 112.
It's 0340 hrs as I listen 2 some Jars of Clay songs (on iTunes) from there "Redemption Songs" CD. It's 0347 hrs.
It's 1641 hours. My mother just called; they're shopping, so they ain't on their weigh yett. My Dad's sleepin', so he don't no his Steelers EZLy won just now. I'm also taping "Desperate Housewives" tonight at 9/8 Central only on ABC. It's 4:43 PM. Now playing is "Original Sinsuality," a Top 25 iTunes song by Tori Amos, my favourite singer from 2005.
It's 1659 hrs as I listen to "Bittersweet" by Falling Up for the twenty-seventh time. Next, aisle listen 2 "Exhibition," "Escalates," and than one of those WOXY.com podcasts I'm always downloadin'. It's 1700 hrs. It's 1702 hrs as I clip coupons out, such as one or three from Quizno's Sub?. Mmmm...toasty!
Christie Brinkley musby, like, seventy. Yet, she's still doin' Covergirl? adverts. It's 5:06 PM. I wish B? wood do shampoo commercials. Anything just 2 watch her shower. It's 1726 hrs. It's 1728 hrs as I print out my ridiculous poetic ode 2 Bonnie B. 4 have copied @ my Dad's office 2morrow & red 2 the members of my creative writers' club over @ Barnes & Noble.

Entry w/o Paper, The
Mood:  caffeinated
Well, that's it. Me thinx tis thyme 2 vatch "Crime Seen Investigation." Good Ni-chall! & it's 1956 hrs.
It's 1608 hrs.
Now playin' on iTunes for the 3rd & forth thyme is "Nickajack Cave (Johnny Cash's Redemption) by Gary Allan. Its from his gnu album called "Tough All Over." It's 1609 hrs. Simultaneously, my own PC is playin' the uploaded trax from this CD on Windows Media Player. Cuz I'm obsessed w/ the play count, I'm "infL8n' the play count." It's 1610 hrs. I better contact Jaime Valdez & Jen Fisher 2 in4m 'em about this website. & I also wanna bring up the hi school wreunion this summer. It's 1611 hrs.
I turned off my aging ol' comp.
Ever scene "Men In Black II"? Or that Cash biopik starrin' San Joaquin Phoenix, AZ & Reese's Witherfork? It's 1613 hrs. Now playin' is the third track, "I Just Got Back from Hell."
It's 1936 hrs, which is twenty-four minutes away from pryme thyme. I'm so in a wrush that I cannot explain what kneads 2 b done. It's 1937 hrs. Thyme's Benjamins & change.
iT'S 1945 hrs.
It's 1951 hrs. In nine minutes, this should b posted, regardless of errors or Miss Tayx. It's still 7:51. & now it's 1952 hrs.
Its 1711 hrs.
It's 1806 hrs. I'm listenin' 2 the final track of Gary Allan's CD, "Putting My Misery on Display." Incidentally, "Misery" by Soul Asylum is one of my Top 100 faves from eleven yearz ago. (Ninety-first, pacifically.)
It's 1724 hrs as I wear my Florida Marlins capp. Earlier, I was wearin' a hat of a diff'rent NL East team, the Nye Metts, as I was changin' clothes. It's 1725 hrs as "Life Ain't Always Beautiful" by Gary Allan plays. I hope KUZZ will play it someday. It's 1726 hrs. Life isn't always beautiful, but what a beautiful wride. Next is "He Can't Quit Her." No, I ain't thinking about Melanie, Dawn, or Jen.
But that don't mean I ain't thinkin' about nobody.
?
It's 1727 hrs.
It's 1807 hrs. I'm logged on, thuss leavin' Anna 2 strum on her guitar & do homework in the fam'lee room.
It's 1814 hrs. I have sett a thyme; 8PM, when I shall hand over this PC (or comp as Anna sez) 2 her. CBS is heiring back2back episodes (or eps in IM English, perhaps?) of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."
I'ts 1817 hrs. I had 2 remove my sweater, & thus replace my Mets hatt w/ a Phillies hat. Yep, another NL East team. Wish I had the ones by Atalanta and Washington. It's 1819 hrs; its 58? outside.
It's 1830 hrs as I Finnish'd listenin' 2 Gary Allan. I'm now back 2 my "Morgan Sisters Industries" playlist (now playin' is "TV Party" by Black Flag.) It's 1833 hrs. It's 68? o'er in Riverside, where Alain, my brotha, is @. (Pardon me 4 endin' a sen-1?s w/ a preposition.) & I just played my favourite song from seven years ago, "Are You Jimmy Ray." It's 1837 hrs as "TV Party" playz 4 da 103rd thyme.
My father's takin' my baby sister 2 her religious education: jr. high class, so I can still mind the computer till a lil after 8:30 PM while watchin' a rerun of "CSI" I ain't sure I've scene b4. It's 1858 hrs.
Currently playin' on iTunes for the twelfth & 13rd time is "Diary" by Alicia Keys f/ Tony! Toni! Tone! I love it; very sexy. Alain only criticizes it 4 the nonfictional phone # in the lyrics. Probably not as memorable as Tommy Tutone's "867-5309 (Jenny)" {which I've played, like, 6x on the iPod but oh so much more on Windows Media.] It's 1901 hrs; I hope my ears can handle the base & trouble. O by the way, I'm Czechin' out the L8st diary (not blog) entry by CBS Sports reporter Bonnie Bernstein. O gosh, she is so freakin' hot! It's 1902 hrs. B? types about some dead guys, but I presume this dairy entree was maid b4 Tony Dungy's kid hung 'imself. It's 1904 hrs.
