Inside Writing Words.

The sun is shining
I’m inside
Not quite sure why
I need to hide?
Does sunburn scare me?
Natural light?
No clouds but cloudy
Here I write
I know I should
Just go outside
But in this room
I still reside
And dwelling
When I should be acting
The screen
Is totally distracting
Though being productive
And writing away
I feel so guilty
For not enjoying this day
And as the poem continues
It all slips away
For more sun I wish
For more sun I pray
But it is all gone
Now covered in rain
And still inside, I wish
The sun would shine again
