A little boy is alone in his room
Tell Corey what you thought of this poem in the guestbook.
Sitting at his window
Watching as the world goes by
His eyes grow indifferent
Sun rises: Corruption blooms
Sun falls: Freedoms die
Alone in his room
He’s an orphan – his parents aren’t real
He’s alone but has himself
His emotional connections circle the bathtub
His detachment attaches him
His mind implores him
A little boy is alone in his room
Sitting at his window
Watching as the world goes by
His eyes define contentment
Sun rises: Inspiration blooms
Sun falls: Corruption dies
