Hi Kaydence and Braydon. I can only hope that in making this website that maybe it will reach you in some way. We think about you two a lot and we have tried to contact you, only to be turned away by the people who have adopted you. While I understand their logic, I do wish they would have given us a chance to at least write you a letter or two or at least talk to you once in a while . We feel as if we are missing out on your childhood and that is time we will never get back. When you were taken from your mother, we did attempt to bring you into our home, but we were told that since we didn't live in Iowa, they wouldn't allow it. It broke your grandma's heart as badly as it did ours. After that, we had no idea where they placed you. Four long years went by, with no word all the while wondering how your life was going and how you were changing. I have also wondered if you ever think of us. This is the last photo I have of the last time we seen you in July of 2009.

I found you by coincidence on the internet and were shocked to find out you were adopted. I found your adoptive mother's Facebook and reached out to her to see if she would be open to either letters from me and your grandma, or even phone call. She said she would have to investigate us before we could, which I welcomed with open arms, but once again our hearts were broken when the next day, she blocked me from even seeing her Facebook page.. So once again, we are left to wonder everyday if we are ever going to see you again.

Braydon, you may have been too young to remember us much, but I am sure Kaydence that you do remember. I think about the times you would come to my house to stay for a weekend playing with my keyboard, knowing someday you might love music as much as I do. I also, cherish the memories of you coming with me to church camp where I bought you all sorts of floaty things (water wings and a waist tube) and goggles to make you feel more at ease in the swimming pool because you were scared. You were so sweet and I loved spending time with you.

And when my twin girls were born, I felt excited to have you be one of girls they would look up to. But that was a short-lived dream, because it wasn't long after they were born you were taken. They have grown up now into little 5 year olds who have only seen you and your brother in out of date photos. We Love you and the whole family miss you with all of our hearts and if you would like to contact me please email me at beatle_chik@hotmail.com or look me up on Facebook.

With all our Love, Aunt Shannon and the Young Family
