Buzz, I got your letter the other day. I answered your last letter, then never heard from you so I let it go.

To bring you up to date, there was a Bonnie Heath trial in DeLand, FL. She plead guilty and has a parole date of 1999 or something like that. She'll never get out of prison cuz she has time in Pennsylvania to serve after that (Pennsylavnia dropped all charges against her) and she's about 51 now. (Bonnie Jean Heath was released from prison in Florida on July the 10th, 1987, 15 months and 27 days before Jeff 'sat down'). She's in a women's prison down there in Broward County the last I heard.

As for me, I now have a law firm out of New York that took over my case and things are looking up for a change. My case has been through Florida & U.S. Supreme Courts already and upheld. That was before I got my new law firm, and now they found that the Florida Supreme Court ruled on my case without an important part of the trial transcript and that punk ass Sonny (Kutchie, Titusville, FL lawyer) let them do it.

On top of that, he let all them pigs come in and testify at the sentencing phase of my trial and tell the jury of a murder that has been dismissed against me. And much more that never should have happened, that my new law firm said it looks like I was fed to the wolves.

I'll have my clemency hearing sometime in November, but I doubt very much if I'll get it. The only play I'll get is back in court.

My private life is looking much better now. I found out that the scumbag I thought was my father is really just my 'Uncle Bill', and my Uncle Don is my real father. Don got out of prison May 2nd, and got married and is living in Georgia.

On July 10th my grandma, step-grandpa, and step-mother came to visit me, they wouldn't let Don in cuz he used to be here, and they said he has to be out for a year before he can come in to see me. My grandparents are staying in Georgia so they can come and see me again on the 6th & 7th of August, then they will go back to Michigan. That's about it for now, til next time take care. P.S. I saw your ship the USS Farragut (DDG-37) on the news awhile back when all those ships got together overseas. I thought that's why you couldn't write.
