Foot Work

The following questions will help you better your foot works. When you go over your answers you will see what you need to improve on:

  1. How of often do you excercise your legs?(weekly)
  2. What type exercises do you do?
  3. How many miles a day do you run?
  4. What type of walker do you describe yourself?
  5. What type of runner do you describe yourself?
  6. What other sports are you involved in besides basketball?

    If you find yourself choosing answers A & B for you answers you most likley have terrific foot work. But if you are choosing answers C & D you will most definitly need to excercise more and start performing more workouts in your exercises you gain better foot control and increase your vertical along the way.
