To be a good team player, you must have a TERRIFIC attitude. You must also have a great amount of respect for your teammates, coaches, referees and even teachers. You must also be unselfish while playing basketball. The old saying "There is no 'I' in team" is the most simple way to put it. If you are selfish and don't trust your teammates you will definitly not be as successful in any sport as you want to be. You must also have trust in your teammates and coaches. With trust you will have no choice but to be unselfish.
Just remember that being a competitor, and completing all the aspects needed to be a better player and person will get you further in life and your basketball career. Game or no game, It's all about attitude.
