Seasons - 19 Mar 2004
Seasons come and seasons go
as our relationships friend and foe
in our time before we go
we break our bread in all things know
what was built on sand will fall
what was thought will grow then stall
in the end we'll all know
Life and Love for all to show
The meat of the thought
This was written over the course of a month with some life changeing events happening between start and
finish, so the meaning is multifacited and hard to explain.
There is a time for somethings and that time will end and so will the need to do those things, as well our
friends and those we consider our enemies will take on different meanings. Not to say that we will lose our
friendships our that our enemies will stop hating us but that the outlook we have for them will change over
time.
In our time before we go
We break our bread in all things know
These lines are really two thoughts that are one. In the first part of it, the idea is that we have a finite
amount of time to do things but we will also adapt to things and they will become normal no matter what
we are enduring or enjoying.
There are so many thoughts and thoughtless concepts that people just dive into without thinking but in time
people will see that these things are silly and that support will dry up for them.
Though in some aspects I accept that some ideas that are foolish will be practiced until the end of time
The single most important thing that we have is Love, and not in the emotional sense that society has made
the word out to be, but in the all encompasing sense of what Love is supposed to be.
