Creations - 19 Mar 2004

What we build of man and stone
can not stand on it's own
crush and rend, bend and destroy
these are the things of my time
to each his own a wise man said
to each his own death is bred
there is a way in the night
there is a path with a light
a pillar of strength a wall of truth
can not be torn with the tooth
in time we will see
our creations will not be

What I meant to say ... no really this is what I meant to say

It occured to me that we truly cannot build or create anything that doesnt kill on one level or another.
Now I realize that with technology we have been able to cure some desieses and wipe out other
things and when you split hairs it is killing but that is way off the mark for what I was trying to say.
It's that as hard as we try we don't have it within us to make life only to take it, to create life
is a gift.
I think that as we all try independantly to find what will fill our lives we separate ourselves from the
one thing that can help all of us in our lowest times, Family.
The greatest thing I have found is a spiritual family and within it a belief structure that is sound, and
cannot be torn apart by lies and hurtfull comments.
In the end all the things that we think are so important will be reveiled as not so important.
