We have recently introduced an Australian electronic payment system called 'PAYMATE' as an effective means of making payments internationally via electronic means. To make payment using PAYMATE you must possess a current Visa or Mastercard credit card. All that is required is for you to click on the PAYMATE logo which will then transport you to the PAYMATE website where you will receive instructions on how to make your payment. You are not required to be registered with PAYMATE in order to make payment. There are however a number of benefits to you should you decide to register. Registration is free and takes a few minutes to complete the registration procedure.

PAYMATE maintains a fully secured 128 bit encription site with a service that provides full accountability with the benefit of tracking payments.
Payment can be made either in Australian dollars or in US dollars. However it is preferred that all international payments are made in Australian dollars. There are no extra costs to the buyer in doing so but there are additional costs levied against the seller if US currency is selected. In order to keep the costs down I appreciate your assistance in supporting this request.
The benefits of making payment using the PAYMATE option are many; importantly it provides the opportunity to reduce your costs including postage, postage registration fee's, currency conversion fee's and international telegraphic transfer fee's which are collectively very expensive. PAYMATE is a fast, effective and secure means of making international payments which reduces the time factor in respect to you receiving your order as well as providing a very cheap form of international transfer of funds. This form of electronic payment is totally accountable and protects the purchaser.
Our account details will appear on the first invoice that you will receive from us. You have the option of either paying the minimum 50% deposit required in respect to your order or alternatively you can make full payment with PAYMATE which will neccesarily include your postage costs.
A small nominal fee to cover our administration costs associated with PAYMATE transactions will be invoiced to clients who avail themselves of the PAYMATE payment option. The fee is currently a nominal flat fee of $3.00 AUD regardless of the dollar value of the transaction.

We will accept cash payments in foreign currency sent in the mail however only under the following circumstances:
1. That cash is concealed securely within the envelope;
2. That the letter is sent to us as registered or recorded mail that requires a signature at the point of delivery;
3. That the sender agrees that all responsibility rests with the sender and that we can not be held accountable for lost, stolen or misdirected mail, notwithstanding that the letter has been registered;
4. That the sender acknowledges that in sending foreign currency a small currency exchange fee will be applied to assist in meeting foreign exchange fee's as applied by Australian banks. Currently our nominal fee is $3.00 AUD until further notice.
We will also accept International Telegraphic Transfer of funds as a payment option. Details pertaining to our account will be forwarded to the client in the event that this method of payment is requested. However any fee's that may be incurred by us in accepting this form of payment will be invoiced back to the client.
International clients please note: Due to excessive Australian Bank fee's and lengthy cheque clearance times we do not accept international bank drafts or any other form of international financial instruments.
